The 5 essential principles of management include planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and leading. This presentation must cover each of the 5 principles. For each principle, you will need to provide a Real World Example in which you or another leader has successfully performed the function and the impact the function had.

You need to demonstrate in your presentation the value each principle has in the real world. This must be in Microsoft PowerPoint, extensive speaker notes included, slides not crowded, must include cover and reference slide.

Provide specific examples of concepts, topics, definitions, and other elements noted in the assignment introduction. The reference list must be in APA format and cite both I -text and reference list citations where appropriate your sources and content should follow proper APA citation style. Speaker notes must be separate in a word document but you can just write them on the side just let me know it’s the speaker notes and I can always rewrite it all.
