Assignment Description

Complete the following:
Synthesize the scholarly literature reviewed in this course as it pertains to relational leader practices.
Evaluate personal findings of relational leadership practice. Where do you excel? Where do you struggle? Where would you place yourself on a 10-point scale with 1 being “Never Endogenic” and 10 being “Always Exogenic”? Is it possible to move up the scale to exogenic? Why or why not?

Describe three actions to overcome barriers to becoming a more relational leader.
Justify why each action supports increasing relational leadership.
