The use of technical terms may present a problem when explaining the use of the machine to the public and staff. Moreover, the whole concept may be very new to the target community such that they may reject it together. This often has to do with a people’s culture and beliefs. In addition, language barriers, as well as attitude problems from disrespectful employees, may present the manager with a problem. Differences in the views of the involved parties may arise.
